Returns: (We accept returns in 30 days)

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible. Please do not send the item back without obtaining an RA number.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags, and include a copy of your purchase invoice along with the RA number.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds: (We issue Refunds in 7 days after receive product.)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and issue the refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
