Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Size Flexibility
CJP's minimum order is 10 pieces per style. That means:
- 10 jerseys, or 10 pairs of shorts, or 10 socks = one complete order.
- Mixed sizes are allowed: Your 10 pieces can be youth XS, youth M, adult S, adult M, adult L, etc.—all count toward the MOQ with no extra charges.
- No separate MOQ per size or color variant if you're ordering one design.

How to Order: Step-by-Step Timeline
Week 1: Enquiry & Digital Mockup

Week 2–3: Sample Approval (Optional but Recommended)
A digital mockup is flat and 2D. For tournament wear, we recommend seeing a real sample:
- Video sample: $50 per piece. We make your design as an actual garment and film it in detail: fabric close-up, stretch test, print or embroidery quality, stitching and seams, size label. We also take precise measurement photos with a tape measure so you can compare to your players' sizes. Ready in 5–7 days.
- Physical sample: $100 per piece including express shipping. Same piece, mailed to you for in-hand inspection. $50 of the sample fee is credited on your bulk order if you order within 14 days.
- Every bulk order includes a free pre-production video sample before we start cutting and sewing. You approve it, then production begins.

Week 3–4: Design Lock & Order Confirmation
Once you approve the mockup (and sample, if you ordered one), confirm:
