Custom-made products

Every order is made to your approved design, sizes and roster, so custom products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

Manufacturing defects

If items arrive with a manufacturing defect or differ from the approved artwork, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order details. After review, we will repair, remake or refund the affected items.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your delivery on arrival and report any damage or missing items within 7 days so we can resolve it with the carrier.

Samples

Sample charges, where applicable, are non-refundable but may be credited against a confirmed bulk order as stated in your quotation.
