MOQ & pricing
01What is your minimum order quantity?+
Most products start from 10 pieces per style. Special fabrics, trims and private-label programs may need a higher MOQ, which we confirm in your quote.
02Can we mix sizes in one order?+
Yes. Mixed youth and adult sizes count toward the MOQ for the same style.
03How is pricing calculated?+
Each sport page shows tiered prices for 10–24, 25–49, 50–99, 100–249 and 250+ pieces. Larger quantities get lower prices. The live calculator on each page uses the same prices.
04Do your prices include delivery?+
Yes. Displayed prices include worldwide delivery to one address. Import duties or local taxes, where your country charges them, are confirmed with your quotation.
05How do I pay?+
Payment terms and methods are confirmed with your quotation.
Design & samples
01Can you work from our own artwork?+
Yes. Send AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG or a sketch — we prepare production-ready artwork.
02Do you offer free mockups?+
Yes. Every order gets a free digital mockup in your colors before production.
03Can we get a physical sample?+
Yes. Physical samples can be arranged before bulk production; any sample charge is confirmed with your quote.
04Can you match our brand colors?+
We work from Pantone references, brand colors or physical samples, subject to fabric and printing limits.
Production & delivery
01How long does production take?+
Typically about 3–6 weeks after artwork and sample approval, depending on quantity, complexity and season.
02Do you deliver worldwide?+
Yes. Delivery is included in our prices. We confirm the delivery method and timeline with your quote.
03Can you meet a tournament deadline?+
Tell us your date. We review urgent deadlines and recommend the most realistic production and delivery plan.
04Can you pack orders by player?+
Yes. Orders can be sorted, labeled and packed by player, size or team.
