Screen printing — bold and durable.

Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil onto the garment, layer by layer. It gives bright, opaque colors on cotton, blends and dark fabrics — ideal for tees, hoodies and bulk team orders.

What it is

The classic for tees and hoodies

Each color in your design gets its own screen. Ink is pressed through the screen onto the garment and cured with heat, creating a print that is vivid, opaque and long lasting — even on black fabric.

  • Works on cotton, poly-cotton and polyester
  • Excellent on dark garments
  • Plastisol, water-based and specialty inks
  • Cost-effective for larger quantities

How we do it

Our screen printing process

01

Artwork separation

Your design is separated into one layer per color.

02

Screen making

A stencil is exposed onto each mesh screen.

03

Test print

A test print checks color, position and ink coverage.

04

Printing

Colors are printed one after another, perfectly aligned.

05

Curing

Prints are heat-cured so they survive washing.

06

Inspection

Every piece is checked for coverage and placement.

Yes — a white underbase makes colors bright on dark fabrics.

03Is it good for small orders?+

It works from 10 pieces, but the per-piece price drops a lot at larger quantities.
