Full-dye sublimation turns ink into gas and bonds it into polyester fibers. The result is lightweight, breathable sportswear with unlimited colors that won’t crack, peel or fade after hundreds of washes.

With sublimation, the design becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. There is no extra layer, no stiffness and no limit on colors, gradients or photographic detail — the same price whether your design has two colors or twenty.

Our sublimation printing process
Artwork & color setup
Your design is prepared on graded patterns with Pantone-matched colors.
Mirror printing
Designs are printed onto sublimation paper with high-density inks.
Heat transfer
Paper and fabric pass through a calender press at around 200 °C.
Cutting
Printed panels are cut precisely to pattern.
Sewing
Panels are sewn and finished with reinforced seams.
Color check
Every batch is compared with your approved mockup.

Technical details
Fabric
Works on white or light polyester and poly-blend fabrics (mesh, interlock, eyelet, stretch knits). Not suitable for 100% cotton.
Colors
Unlimited colors, full CMYK plus Pantone matching. Fluorescent colors on request.
Durability
The print is part of the fiber — no cracking, peeling or fading with normal washing.
Minimum order
From 10 pieces per style, mixed sizes allowed.
Sublimation Printing FAQ
01Is sublimation more expensive than screen printing?+
Usually not for team orders — sublimation has no per-color cost, so complex designs are often cheaper.
02Can you sublimate on cotton?+
No. Sublimation needs polyester fibers. For cotton we use screen printing or DTF.
03Will the colors fade?+
No. The ink bonds into the fiber, so colors stay bright after many washes.
04Can each player have a different name and number?+
Yes, names and numbers are printed in the same process at no extra setup.
