01What is a video sample?+
We make your design as a real, finished piece — same fabric, print, trims and size as your order — and film it in detail: fabric close-up, stretch, print and stitching, the size label and measurements against our size chart. You watch it in My Orders within 5–7 days and approve it or ask for changes. It costs $50 per piece.
02How is the sample priced?+
Per piece: $50 for a video sample and $100 for a physical sample. Every design, color version, product or size is one piece — for example 3 different jersey designs are 3 × $50 = $150, and a jersey with matching shorts is 2 pieces. $50 per piece comes back as credit on your order.
03Will I see the exact measurements of my sample?+
Yes. With the video you get photos of the measuring tape on each point — chest (armpit to armpit), body length, sleeve, shoulder, waist and inseam where relevant — and a measurement table in inches or cm in My Orders. Compare it with a garment that fits well or with our size chart before you approve.
04Do I get the sample fee back?+
Yes — $50 per sample piece is deducted from your bulk order invoice automatically if you order within 14 days. With a video sample that means the sample is free once you order.
05What does a physical sample cost and how long does it take?+
$100 per piece, including express shipping to your door. We make it in about 5–7 days, send you a video first, then ship it with tracking. $50 per piece is credited on your order.
06Can I get a sample of any product?+
Yes — jerseys, shorts, socks, hoodies, tracksuits, jackets, caps and more. Each piece is charged separately, so you can sample a jersey and shorts together. Logos of professional or college teams cannot be reproduced.
07Is there a sample before my bulk order is produced?+
Always. Every bulk invoice starts with $50: we make and film the first piece of your actual order (pre-production sample). When you approve the video, you pay the rest and production starts. The $50 is part of your order total — not an extra cost.
08What if I want changes after the sample?+
Tell us in My Orders with one tap. One round of changes is included: we update the piece and send you a new video before anything goes into production.
09Do I need to pay for a mockup?+
No. A digital mockup of your design is always free — most teams start with the mockup and add a video sample when they want to see the real fabric and quality.
10Are customs duties or taxes included?+
Shipping is included. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes of your country (if any) are not included — they are charged by your customs or the carrier on delivery and paid by you.
11How do I pay?+
Securely online by card or PayPal (or bank transfer). The payment page opens right after you send the request form.
