Custom Soccer Uniforms: Design, Fit & Bulk Pricing Guide
Custom soccer uniforms let you build team identity from the pitch to the sideline. We break down what goes into ordering, how to avoid common mistakes, and what you'll actually pay for a full squad kit.
Quick answer: Custom soccer uniforms start at $9 per jersey for 250+ pieces and go up to $18.50 for orders of 10–24. A full match kit (jersey, shorts, socks) costs $18–33 per player depending on order size, with free digital mockups and 3–6 week turnaround after approval.
What You're Really Ordering: The Full Match Kit
Most soccer teams think "uniform" and picture a jersey. That's only part of the story. A proper match kit includes:
- Match jersey — sublimated crew or V-neck with your crest, sponsors and player numbers built into the fabric
- Match shorts — lightweight with elastic waist, side panels and optional player numbers
- Socks — knit or sublimated, over-the-calf with cushioned foot
You can order each piece separately, but most clubs buy them as a package. A Match Kit package (jersey + shorts + socks) costs $18 per player for 250+ pieces, $21.50 for 100–249, $25 for 50–99, $30 for 25–49, and $33 for 10–24. That's the all-in cost delivered to your address worldwide, no hidden fees.
If your team needs home and away jerseys, the Home & Away Kit (2 jerseys + 2 shorts + socks) runs $31.50–58.50 per player depending on quantity.
Design: What Actually Prints and How
Soccer uniforms are almost always fully sublimated. That means your design—crest, sponsors, stripes, player names and numbers—is printed directly into the fabric during manufacturing. It doesn't crack, peel or fade the way screen-printed or heat-transfer designs do after repeated play and washing.
When you order, you need to provide (or we design with you):
- Your club crest or logo
- Sponsor placement and logos (chest, sleeves, shorts)
- Player numbers (usually 1–99, your choice)
- Player names (optional; we add them in production)
- Sleeve and collar trim colors
- Side panels, piping or pattern details
- Your exact team colors (we work from Pantone references or physical samples)
You get a free digital mockup in your colors before production starts. That mockup is a rendered image showing your design on the jersey from front, back and side angles. It's your chance to catch any placement issues, color mismatches or typos before we cut and print.
Fabric: Why It Matters for Soccer
Soccer uniforms are made from performance mesh—usually Birdseye Mesh (130–150 gsm, 2-way stretch, 100% polyester) or Pro Mesh (140–160 gsm, same stretch). Both are sublimation-ready, meaning your design prints crisp and stays vibrant through the season.
The difference:
- Birdseye has a slightly softer hand feel and a uniform 'eye' texture. It's comfortable for long wear and great for detailed prints.
- Pro Mesh is lighter and faster-drying. It's ideal if you're playing in humid or tropical climates.
Both dry quickly, wick moisture and keep players cool during 90 minutes of intense play. Neither will hold odor or stretch out of shape.
Shorts are cut from durable twill or stretch fabric with reinforced seams. Socks are knit or sublimated with cushioned foot and arch support. See our full fabric library for weight, composition and best uses.
Color Choices: Stock Colors + Custom Matching
We stock 20 team colors: white, black, navy, royal blue, Columbia blue, red, cardinal, maroon, orange, gold, Vegas gold, yellow, kelly green, forest green, lime, teal, aqua, purple, pink, silver grey, charcoal. If your club uses one of these, no upcharge and no wait for fabric.
If you need a custom color outside this list—say, a specific club teal or a branded neon—we can sublimate any Pantone or RGB color. Lead time may add 1–2 weeks, depending on the color and season. That's worth planning for if you have a tight deadline.
Sizing and Fit: Youth to Adult
Soccer kits come in youth XS through adult 5XL. We grade every size consistently, so a youth M in your kit will fit the same as a youth M in a reorder three years later. Players can size up or down for a looser or tighter fit—that's normal—but the base measurement stays the same.
You can mix sizes in a single order. If you have 12 youth players and 8 adults, order 12 youth + 8 adult and hit your MOQ. No surcharge for mixed sizing.
We recommend ordering a size-set sample (one of each size your squad needs) before bulk production. It costs a bit more upfront, but your players get to try the fit and choose their size. It eliminates returns and complaints later.
Minimum Order and Pricing Tiers
The minimum per style is 10 pieces. That means you need at least 10 Match Kits if that's all you're ordering. But if you want a home kit AND an away kit, you can order 10 of the home design and 10 of the away design—still 20 pieces total, and you hit both MOQs.
Pricing drops sharply with volume:
| Quantity (Match Kit) | Price Per Player | Total for 20-Player Squad |
|---|---|---|
| 10–24 | $33 | $660 |
| 25–49 | $30 | $600 |
| 50–99 | $25 | $500 |
| 100–249 | $21.50 | $430 |
| 250+ | $18 | $360 |
Those prices include worldwide delivery. No per-piece shipping charge, no hidden customs fees—duties or taxes your country levies are confirmed in your quote before you pay.
If you need extras (goalkeeper kit, training tops, tracksuits, team backpacks), we have packages that bundle them. A Full Club Package (match kit + training top + tracksuit + backpack) is $75–132.50 per player depending on quantity. It's handy if you want one invoice and one delivery for everything your squad needs.
Timeline: From Order to Kickoff
Once you approve artwork and any samples, production is typically 3–6 weeks. That includes cutting, sublimation, sewing, quality checks and packing by player or size. Delivery on top of that is 5–10 business days to most countries (faster to nearby regions, slower to remote islands).
If you have a tournament or league start date, tell us. We review your deadline and either confirm we can meet it or suggest the most realistic plan. We don't promise what we can't deliver.
Common bottlenecks:
- Artwork approval — Get your mockup feedback to us fast. Delays here hold up the whole order.
- Player roster — Know your squad and their sizes before ordering. Last-minute roster changes mean reprinting or waiting for a reorder.
- Seasonal demand — August and January are peak. If your league starts in September, order by late May. If you wait until July, you're competing for factory space.
- Sample approval — If you're unsure about fit or print quality, order a physical sample first. It costs a bit more and takes an extra week, but it's peace of mind.
Avoid These Common Mistakes
Ordering without a digital mockup. A mockup shows you exactly what your design will look like. It's free and prevents surprises. Use it.
Assuming all manufacturers use the same fabrics and sizing. They don't. If you've bought from another supplier before, sizing and fit might differ here. Order a sample or size set to check.
Not planning for reorders. Your team will grow, players leave, uniforms wear out. Keep your artwork and specs on file. Reorders are faster and cheaper because setup is already done.
Mixing colors across orders. If you order your home kit in June and your away kit in September, the blue might be slightly different (fabric dye lots vary). Order both at the same time to guarantee color match.
Skipping size testing. A 10-year-old's XS fits very differently than a U-16's XS. Buying a size set avoids 20 angry parents and a warehouse of wrong-sized uniforms.
Customization Beyond the Jersey
A full soccer program includes more than just match kits. Consider adding:
- Training bibs (mesh pinnies) — $3–6 each for scrimmage drills. High-visibility colors help organize possession drills.
- Training tops — $15–25.50 each. Quarter-zip or crew for warm-ups and conditioning.
- Tracksuits — $25.50–43.50 per set for travel, bench and pre-game. Jacket and pants in your team colors.
- Team backpacks — $23–40.50 each with embroidered club crest and boot compartment. Great for away trips.
- Goalkeeper kits — Long or short-sleeve keeper jerseys in contrast colors, padded elbows, $14–25.50 each.
All are customizable with your crest, sponsors and colors. Browse the full range of soccer uniforms and accessories to see what fits your budget and club identity.

02How long does it take to make custom soccer uniforms?+
Production is typically 3–6 weeks after you approve artwork and any samples. Delivery on top of that is 5–10 business days depending on your location. If you have a tight deadline, tell us and we'll review options.
